Paint & Sip Tea Party with the Boulevard Family Residence

On May 5th, City Mission had the opportunity to partner again with New Life CDC to host a second women’s event at the Boulevard Family Residence. This event focused on the theme of empowerment through self care so we organized a Paint & Sip Tea party! It was amazing to see the women come together to enjoy the festivities and creatively express themselves through their artwork. It was a relaxing time of sipping on tea and painting! Recognizing the necessity of emotional and physical needs that women face, we prepared a table with complimentary journals and feminine hygiene products. We look forward to more opportunities to create a safe and loving space for the women of the residence to feel seen and valued!
